
The Marseille Provence technology park in Château-Gombert offers to innovative companies new venues to set up in, for example in the «Einstein» sector to the East of the site.
Einstein Sector
A 4.9-hectare area providing development of 25,000 sqm net surface. Upper service companies or industries may buy land (own building), or rent it on a turnkey basis.
The development works will start out by early 2012, and marketing has been launched.
Baronne area
A 7.8-hectare area, 4,000 sqm of which are still to be marketed.

The Héliopolis II project
The successful sale of the first phase has incited the developer to launch the 2nd phase of the programme. Going by the name of Héliopolis II, this new 7,085-sqm real estate programme is mixed (business & offices) and will be carried out on a 14,000-sqm plot in the Marseille Provence technology park in Château-Gombert, close to Cybernétix.
Technology Building 1
A business centre and offices-laboratories to host those companies which are being created or about to leave the centre.
Technology Building 2: Technoptic building
Within the scope of the assistance to the competitive cluster "Photonics: Complex systems in optics and imaging", the Marseille Provence Métropole urban community is building in the Baronne sector a further 3,300-sqm Technology Building. Going by the name of Technoptic building, it will be delivered by late 2011 and is meant to host new companies being created and developed. This scheme will be managed by the Marseille Innovation business centre. This building will also accommodate such high-tech venues as a centre that will provide assistance in the design of optronic products, as well as an active optics platform managed by POPsud and ONERA.
