Marseille Innovation contributes to the creation and development of innovative companies at several locations:

The Technology Building in Marseille Provence Technology Park.

The Technoptic Building. When the Technoptic Building is delivered by late 2011, Marseille Innovation will have a third site. In addition to its traditional functions as a business development centre and in company building, the venue will accommodate some high-tech centres such as the one that will assist in the design of optronic products, and an adaptive optics platform.
The Belle-de-Mai media centre: This business development centre is designed to accommodate those company creators whose projects focus on audiovisual, multimedia and cultural activities.

PBA - Provence Business Angels

PBA is an association governed by the French 1901 Act; it is managed free of charge by entrepreneurs, former managers, executives and former senior executives, and gathers together some fifty members whose objective is to finance and support newly created companies with strong growth potentialities.

PBA interacts with companies during their start-up phases.

LIBERTIS

The LIBERTIS (Operational Network of Free Software Service Companies) association was set up in 2004; it aims at pooling together those service companies that have shown their abilities within the free software sector and are capable of providing high-quality services to their customers.

LIBERTIS has currently over 35 members in the PACA region (editors, integrators, SSLL, www hosters...) and organised last year the first TopTIC, within which was held the third SPLLOS (Professional Exhibition of Free and Open Source Software) in Marseille.

MedInSoft

MedInSoft gathers together over a hundred editors and service companies in the Southern region, which have decided to consolidate their skills to promote their knowhow and develop the region’s potentialities to meet calls for tender, Europe-wide.
MedInSoft’s main objective for its members is to develop economic activities by implementing an innovation scheme to increase the member companies’ competitiveness and productivity.
