Marseille University Polytechnics School

The Marseille University Polytechnics School was created in 2001 via the pooling together of IUSTI, the Charles-Fabry Institute and IUSPIM.

Polytech's goal is to prepare in three years' time engineers with top-level comprehensive training and who are capable of meeting the professional requirements in three fields of study: Mechanics and Energetics, Microelectronics and Telecommunication, Industrial and Computer Engineering..
Linked to the university polytechnic school network, Polytech Marseille is a multidiscipline school that is firmly grounded on widely acknowledged research laboratories.

Its recruitment is diversified and its pedagogy by project, close to research and companies, aims for the development of an entrepreneurial spirit.

This year, Polytech accommodates a total of 610 students divided among the three classes of the engineering cycle, including about 180 in first year.
The school is made up of 93 permanent teaching researchers, about sixty corporate contributors, 35 tenured staff and about twenty contract employees.
