The Marseille Provence Technology Park in Château-Gombert is now providing high-tech and upper service industry companies with a new 9,500-sqm building programme for rent in the Baronne sector.

This programme is being carried out by the Lazard group and will be delivered by December 2006 for the first three buildings (i.e. 6,100 sqm) and by December 2008 for the last two.
