Thanks to onsite profesionnal competencies, the Marseille Provence Technology Park in Château-Gombert is involved in 5 competitiveness centres:

This involvement is translated into funding part of the competitiveness centre's governance through creation support and assistance to innovative companies via Marseille Innovation, and through developement projects to support these competitiveness centres.
Technology Building 2: Technoptic Building
Within the scope of the assistance to competitivemess centre "Photonic: Optics and Imaging Complex Systems", the Urban Community has planned to erect by early 2009 in the Baronne sector a second Technology Buildingbearning the name of Technoptic Building (3,300 sqm) dedicated tooptics-photonics related firms.
Objective: the hosting of newcompanies being created and developed. This scheme will be managed bythe Marseille Innovation business nursery.
These amenities will also accommodate a shared technology resource centre managed by POPsud.
